Gracie

What a sweet family this was. Gracie is such a sweet little angel who has been through so much in her one short year of life. I'm so blessed that I got to take pictures of her, and her whole family. Both John and I just kept saying, "She is so cute!" or "She is so sweet!" while we were going through the pictures. And she is.

They were the winners of my April Give a Smile program. And they definitely deserve it. They had a free one hour session and will also get 10 images and an 11x14 print. I am going to be taking the next couple months off from doing it, but I plan on picking it up again this fall. So be thinking of those who might deserve a smile so you can submit them in a couple more months.

I Know It's Late

I don't usually post teasers on Sunday, but I'm sure you guys have been waiting for this one.

Have to say, I have freaking awesome clients. Every single shoot, especially lately, I cannot narrow it down! It takes me days to figure out what to put on the teaser, and even longer to pick out the gallery. Everyone is just naturally gifted to look amazing in pictures.

Remember when I took this picture? Well, her little bit of silliness turned into a beautiful shot. I love this in both color and black and white.

Jennilee and Rodney

These are way past due. Here are a couple of Jen's bridals (stopped raining just for us and then got sweltering hot) and a few of my personal favorites of their wedding day. (Which had the most succulent chocolate fountain ever. I still dream about it.)

Also, it's time to get it out there that I am pregnant and due the middle of July (hopeful induction date around the 15th). So I will be taking about six weeks off once she gets here before I start doing photoshoots again.

Twins

This was my first experience photographing twins. And whoa, was it tiring. And WHOA, was it awesome. These little boys grabbed onto my heartstrings from the time I met them and just reeled me in the rest of the shoot. They were so adorable and so fun. I loved taking pictures of them.
